Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY - Made with Love Cards and Crafts

Return Window:

  • 14 days from delivery date for standard items
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

What Can Be Returned:

  • Greeting cards (if unused and undamaged)
  • Standard mugs (if unused and in original condition)
  • Jewellery items (if unworn and in original packaging)
  • Mystery bags (if unopened)

What Cannot Be Returned:

  • Personalised mugs with custom photos/text
  • Custom business mugs with logos
  • Personalised greeting cards
  • Any item specifically made to customer specifications
  • Items damaged by customer use

Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 14 days at madewithlovecardsncrafts@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide return instructions
  4. Customer pays return shipping costs (except for our errors)

Refunds:

  • Processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned item
  • Refunded to original payment method
  • Original shipping costs not refunded (unless our error)

International Returns:

  • Same 14-day window applies
  • Customer responsible for all return shipping costs and customs fees
  • Items must clear customs successfully to be processed

Damaged or Defective Items:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damage
  • We'll arrange free return shipping and full refund/replacement
  • This includes items damaged during shipping

Exchanges:

  • We don't offer direct exchanges
  • Please return the item for refund and place a new order
