Products & Services
- Handmade cards, personalised mugs, macramé jewellery, and custom items
- All products are handcrafted and may have slight variations
- Custom items are made to order and cannot be returned
Orders & Payment
- All orders subject to acceptance and availability
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- Payment processed securely through Shopify Payments
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders
Shipping & Delivery
- Processing times: 2-3 days standard, 5-7 days custom items
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Risk of loss passes to customer upon delivery
- International customers responsible for customs duties
Returns & Refunds
- 14-day return window for standard items
- Custom/personalised items cannot be returned
- Customer pays return shipping (except our errors)

Intellectual Property
- All content, designs, and trademarks are our property
- Custom designs created for customers remain our intellectual property
- You may not reproduce or distribute our designs
Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the purchase price of products
